Welcome to the website of Arundel Home Inspection LLC.  Thank you for stopping by.

My name is John Dirks Jr.  I provide professional home inspections and radon testing in central Maryland and the surrounding areas of Baltimore, Washington D.C. and Annapolis.
Since you are reading this, I suppose you need to hire a home inspector.
Take your time choosing one.  It’s up to you to find someone who will do the job right.
When you hire me, I’ll work for you, for you only, and for your best interests.
My business thrives on the trust of clients, and I’ll stand by you, beginning to end.
I'll do a thorough inspection and write a custom narrative report for you with pictures included.
No quickie check lists or cheap tear-offs here.  I'll write about the issues in an easy-to-read format.
It’s a computer generated report that is delivered via email but other options are also available.
You are encouraged to be present during the home inspection.

If you have any questions about my services or website, please do not hesitate to contact me.  I hope you find my site helpful and informative.  As soon as you are ready, I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Baltimore County Rental Inspection

Beginning January 1, 2008, a new law requires that all home inspectors working in Maryland be licensed and insured.  I strongly recommend that anyone getting ready to hire a home inspector, should ask if they are licensed. Some inspectors may be operating without licenses and would therefore be doing business illegally.

Click here to use a tool hosted by The State of Maryland DLLR.  Type your inspectors name into the blank and check to verify their license status.
